Our new website comes with a fresh, modern look and feel and a better user experience!
Since our launch in 2018, Spleet has consistently bridged the gap between landlords and tenants with our marketplace that makes renting experience in Nigeria seamless and stress-free. We are now working to expand and build more product offerings for everyone in the residential rent ecosystem.
With this in mind, we decided it was time for a website upgrade. Our product, engineering and design team worked tirelessly to create a new website with a fresh, modern look and feel and a better experience and we are super excited to share the results with you!
Renting and listing space is a breeze with our updated landlord and tenants' marketplace section. We have made it easier to find all of our available properties in one place -- using the filters, you can find properties by location, price, or type.
We had a quick chat with Lamide Aranmolate, Product Manager at Spleet, on the website redesign.
S: What inspired a new website?
LA: For the longest time, we’ve focused on our marketplace for renters and property owners as a major selling point. In the last few months, we had to reimagine our role as leading service providers in the African proptech space and what that would mean for us going forward. The redesign communicates what we are now and holds space for what we intend to be. We’re hyper-focused on our mission to power easier living for everyone, as you can tell from the product verticals we’re branching into. This redesign was made to communicate this focus and commitment.
S: What’s new on the website?
L: Besides a delightful fresh coat of paint, the new website makes it easy for everyone, regardless of their category - tenants, agents and landlords or property owners to find services specific to their needs.
S: How long did it take to work on this?
L: It took a few months and a pretty small but nimble team.
The website is fully responsive and loads 2x faster! You can view it on any device, whether at the office, at home, or on the go.
